1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Sudoku: Remix ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Sudoku: Remix is a puzzle game for iOS that offers multiple game modes including Classic, Portals, Rush, and Survival. The app includes both free and premium subscription-based features.

3. Free and Premium Features

The app offers the following tiers:

Free: Unlimited access to Classic mode, daily puzzles, leaderboards, and all core game tools.
Remix Pro (Subscription): Unlimited access to all game modes (Portals, Rush, Survival) without cooldown restrictions, plus access to all future game modes.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Remix Pro is available as a monthly ($2.99/month) or annual ($24.99/year) auto-renewing subscription.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose as a puzzle game. You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its systems.
Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the app or any part of it.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and other materials in Sudoku: Remix are the intellectual property of the developer and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
