How do I cancel my Remix Pro subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone > tap your name at the top > Subscriptions > select Sudoku: Remix > Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
I purchased Remix Pro but my modes are still locked. What do I do?
Try opening the app's Settings and tapping "Restore Purchases." If the issue persists, make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID used for the purchase and contact us.
What is Portals mode?
Portals is a unique Sudoku variant where certain cells are secretly linked. Place a number in one portal cell and it appears in all connected cells. Tap a cell to discover if it's part of a portal pair.
What is the cooldown on game modes?
Free players can play one premium mode (Portals, Rush, or Survival) per day. The cooldown resets at midnight. Remix Pro subscribers have no cooldowns.
How do I clear my game data?
In the app, go to Settings > scroll to Data > tap "Clear Leaderboard" or "Clear Saved Game." Alternatively, deleting the app removes all data.
Is my data sent to any servers?
No. All game data (scores, settings, progress) is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or transmit any personal information.
