Sudoku: Remix ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our iOS application.

The short version: We do not collect, store, or share any personal data. Everything stays on your device.

Information We Collect

Sudoku: Remix does not collect any personal information. Specifically:

We do not collect your name, email address, or contact information.
We do not collect location data.
We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.
We do not collect usage data or behavioral information.
We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.

Data Stored on Your Device

The app stores the following data locally on your device only:

Game progress: Your current game session, including cell values, timer, and mode settings.
Leaderboard scores: Your completion times, difficulty levels, and game statistics.
Settings preferences: Your chosen display name, theme preference, and gameplay options.

This data is stored using iOS local storage (UserDefaults) and never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to any server.

Third-Party Services

Sudoku: Remix uses Apple StoreKit to process in-app subscription purchases. When you subscribe to Remix Pro, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple's handling of your purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

Sudoku: Remix does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Since we do not collect any personal data from any user, the app is safe for all ages.

Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any user data with third parties. There is no data to share because we do not collect any.

Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by:

Using the "Clear Leaderboard" and "Clear Saved Game" options in the app's Settings.
Deleting the app from your device, which removes all stored data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
