Make sure Spotify is playing, then tap the "Drop This Song" button in the app. Your song will appear on the map for others to discover!
Open the map to see music drops around you, or use the carousel view (stack icon) to browse all nearby drops. Tap on any drop to see song details.
Make sure you have location permissions enabled and are connected to the internet. Drops are location-based, so you need to be in an area where people have dropped music.
Tap on your avatar in the top-right corner, then tap "Avatar" in the settings to choose a new emoji.
Yes! Your exact location is never shared. We only use your general area to show nearby drops, and your location data is not stored permanently.
